And so, the tradition begins again...

Today, for the first time in this particular watch's life, I got into the shower, and never even noticed that I was still wearing my watch until I finished rinsing out my shampoo ^^;;;;

*バカ moment*

I have a tendency to forget to take my watch off... my last watch, which also had a leather strap... has taken many an accidental shower with me.

My old watch was... quite "well-loved."
The face was scratched
The strap was worn, the stamped designs fading..
The leather was dark from being rubbed and soaked
The hole where I normally fastened the buckle was stretched and intercepted by a huge indentation from the metal.

It would seem that this next watch is on its way to rivaling the old one.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to find some pants and be on my way.
