Post-Christmas Room Wrangling
Dec. 29th, 2006 02:54 pmThe only problem with having so many Christmases is that you get wiped out and then have to figure out where to put all the stuff that your well-meaning but overenthusiastic relatives gave you...
this becomes considerably more problematic when you consider the post-finals debris factor.
I will take the Turtle Approach. One thing at a time, sort some clothes, make some piles, see what fits and what can be eaten. The downside is that I can't seem to will myself awake before noon...
Next leg is today, we're going to have dinners with Jono!
I'm feeling less enthusiastic about driving back to MI tomorrow for the Emerson thing, but conflicted. On the one hand, I'll be moving out to Cali soon, and I won't see everyone at my graduation, but on the other, Nina's having her baby in summer and the reunion is in August...
I'm just tired of driving through IN and MI, because they are exceedingly boring. Is that so wrong? I may or may not be able to take vacation time in summer, but I know I want to come out to see the new baby at least... blah! too complicated.
