UChi-Con is DOOMing. Slowly. Like it's hoping you won't notice its hulking, towering form lumbering in your direction and picking up speed.

And I'm still thinking about a haircut.
Perhaps I am ready to lop it off again.
But only if I can find a picture of the exact kick-ass haircut, because I don't want to cut it all off and get stuck with something that isn't exactly what I want. Then there, done that, the next two months sucked.
Of course, perhaps I should be fretting about more important things, like my Consumption Discussion overlapping 20 minutes with my BA Seminar. ...but that'll work itself out once I decide if I'm taking that or Culture in Crisis.

Did I mention that my mother the technology-challenged is taking a tech job at Arnett?
Yeah.
She's gonna talk to the tech peeps, then teach the RNs and doctors how to use the crazy electronic chart filing system (because tech people don't necessarily have people skills or nurse skills).
This'll be the first time in my lifetime that she's not working as a nurse, and we're all simultaneously stunned and proud.
