catastrophy: sparkly pink d20 necklace (yes!)
I finally got my ipod today, and it only took watching 3 hours of Star Trek while I waited for the FedEx delivery guy.

I have named it iMonkey, both in reference to the Rob and Eliot character and to Jeremy.

Tragically, upon liberating it from its packaging and hooking it up it dawned on me that I had absolutely no music on Sushu's lappy. So I downloaded a free song from iTunes and put that on. That one song is currently the width and breath of my iTunes library.
But! I went to the Reg and imported and exported some stuff so that the other ipods won't laugh at iMonkey. (Damn you iTunes, refusing to recognize track listings from mix CDs! You will not thwart me... although you may inconvenience me greatly by making me google lyrics because I don't have encyclopedic knowledge of Isaac's indie bands.)

In other news, by the sheer force of my will I have thus far avoided the mini-plague and continue to smolder quietly while I wait for straggling UChi-Con emails...and try not to think about how my BA draft due next Friday is going to rend me limb from limb like a peeved wookie.
