catastrophyThis morning is one of those mornings when nothing is quite in focus. Even with my contacts in... my body and I are having a disagreement about whether I'm in the waking world, or elsewhere.
It was decidedly weird sleeping without Jeremy, the bed wasn't the right temperature, the sheets seemed to press on me too much, the cats wouldn't stop mewing outside my door. I woke up early (7?)... but I don't remember having cramps, so I'm not sure why I woke up. Other then I went to bed early...I was banking on the hope that since I'd been sitting in the dark watching "Dr. No" at Jeremy's (without Jeremy! T_T) that I'd be tired enough to get to sleep. I guess in the end I willed myself to sleep.
Got out of bed, after many periods of rolling around, flipping covers, and hiding under my pillow from the light and the real world, at about 5 to 10.
(Just about when Jeremy and I would normally get up)
Did I mention that at dinner with Jeremy's roomies at Noodles last night, magically I was seated across from a gaping empty seat? The irony... It's like I'm being taunted! *Sakura-eque clutching of fists*
*sigh*
I might as well let Vanya eat my watch... it might mean that he'll leave Jeremy's hair-tie alone...
Or, get bored of it and eat the strings on my tank top instead. (Kittens...*sighs and shakes head*)
*yawn*
*rub face*
But, Jeremy's flowers are still pretty!
Ok, this is driving me crazy; Vanya keeps repeating this pattern, about every minute/minute and a half:
Enter room/Exit window sill
Mewl keenly
Stare
Jump onto lap after coaxing
Bumble around
Sit, obcuring arms and hands
Purr (no more than 30 seconds)
Fidget
Leap up and run to window or out of the room
Ah... but how can I be sad when Shingo Mama is singing?
O-ha! O-ha! O-ha! O-ha! O-ha!O-ha!
Mama to Papa, Onii-chan, Onee-chan, Ojii-chan, Oba-chan! Otonari-san!
Now, to find something to do in this big apartment!
