Stupid knee

catastrophyI did something weird (and bad) to my knee...
I was chasing Alexis, we were all running over to the little Co-Op just before it closed so we could get eggs and heavy whipping cream to make chocolate mousse...
And now my left knee cap is all... wooooobly... it kinda floats around more than it should, and it hurts to put my weight on it and bend down... or, like to squat...
So... it is much badness...
but I guess it's my fault because I was wearing shoes I'm not supposed to run in.... ^^;;;
And Jono is sick today! The world mourns the absence of its 元気いっぱい "It's good to be alive!" Jono...
We should get him a mask so at least he can pretend to be part of the yakuza while he's all icky feeling, ne?
