So, Anna and I are watching TV last night after everyone else has gone to bed, when all of the sudden we (I mean me) heard this shriek from out towards the living room
Me: Was that Mom?
Anna: I hope not.
Me: Well go ask!
(Anna goes out and returns shortly after)
Anna: She had a nightmare.
Me: Mom had a nightmare?
Anna: Apparently so, that's why she was screaming.
I asked her this morning what it was about. She said it was about she trying to get people to listen to her and they just wouldn't. It had to do with a toilet overflowing and nobody would come help. I suppose by my mother's standards that's a nightmare...
Tangent!
You know, benevolent is a cool word! Wonder if it bears any relation to malevolent? Bene like "good", in... Italian?
Tomorrow is our last day in FL. I'm happy, I want to be home again.
Poppa and Dad are going out deep sea fishing tomorrow all day. Dad's been coming down with a rather nasty cold of some sort, so we'll see how it pans out I guess.
On the subject of dreams... I had another one of my crack dreams last night...
half-animated half-live action
centering around some concotion of CCS cards that are played like Magic the Gathering but also have (sometimes) effects in the real world.
The bad guy was this Tomoyo look-alike... and the goal was to save some Sakura... but I'm not exactly sure who I was---Eek, the 5 minute ultimatum to movie theater departure. We're finally going to see A Series of Unfortunate Events today!--- and the fact that some scenes were anime-style and some live action and some third person view and others first person just makes things muddier. There was some bit to do with a mother and the cards... I think it was the Sakura-like girl dueling with Tomoyo on this football field (most of the dream centered around the 3 block area by the highschool I went to)
Time to leave, more later, if I still remember it!
